Shipping & Delivery

We send our products worldwide and proudly have customers spanning the UK, Europe, even as far as Australia and Vietnam.

UK DELIVERIES

PACKAGES:

  • Parcel deliveries are usually sent via Parcelforce, UPS or Fedex and are provided with an online tracking number.

(If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide it)

  • Parcel services usually take 1-4 working days from dispatch to delivery.
  • If packages are visually damaged upon arrival you MUST inspect goods on the spot, you SHOULD NOT accept delivery if goods have been damaged in transit.

PALLETS:

  • Pallet deliveries are usually sent via TPN, WS Transportation or partners and ARE NOT usually provided with a tracking number.
  • Economy services usually take 2-6 working days from dispatch to delivery.
  • Next day services usually take 1-2 working days from dispatch to delivery.
  • We usually request the delivery driver call you 30 minutes to 2 hours before arrival, however we CAN NOT gaurentee this.
  • Tail-lift delivery service included in the price as standard.
  • If pallets are visually damaged upon arrival you MUST inspect goods on the spot, you SHOULD NOT accept delivery if goods have been damaged in transit.

Please remember that a pallet is likely to come on a large lorry. It is our customers responsibility to consider if a lorry can physically access the delivery address they specify, and legally park to unload.

If parking fines are received due to poor delivery site access, it is the consignee's responsibility to pay them.

If a customer is pre-informed of a pallet delivery day and delivery is attempted but nobody is available to accept the goods, they will be returned to a local freight warehouse. In this scenario, you the customer are resp for paying any re-delivery or storage fees dictated by the freight company before re-delivery is attempted.

EU SHIPPING

PALLETS:

In a post Brexit world, clients of ours within the EU should be VAT registered and have an EORI number.

If these two registrations are present, we can use traditional freight shipping, which is usually a door-to-door service.

Crucially, freight shipping is cheaper for the customer. Goods are delivered based on DAP only incoterms.

Taxes and duties of the destination country are to be paid by the customer upon notification of goods landing in the country.

PACKAGES:
If the customer is not VAT registered and doesn't have an EORI number, we can use courier services such as Fedex.

This service is door to door, but commonly more expensive. Goods are delivered based on DAP only incoterms.

Taxes and duties of the destination country are to be paid by the customer upon notification of the goods landing in the detination country.

WORLDWIDE FREIGHT

  • Shipping outside of the UK and EU is a somewhat complex process and requires a bespoke quote from one of our trusted partners.
  • We use air and sea freight and customers usually receive a door-to-port quote to the nearest port to their home address.
  • Taxes and duties of the destination country are paid by the customer.

Please note:

We recommend taking the time to get used to your new equipment, gently breaking in brand new components & spending the time to properly acoustically integrate them with the rest of your sound system.

With so many factors that may delay manufacture or shipment, PCH Audio cannot be held responsible for your event not going ahead.

We reccomend you do not plan to deploy you're new sound equipment at any event before delivery has taken place, or allow a reasonable time buffer.
