Goods which have been manufactured or supplied to order:

What you can return:

  • Goods which are found to be defective from factory or have been damaged in transit.
  • Goods you can give us valid reason to be unhappy with.

What you can't return: 

  • Goods you've decided you no longer want or need.
  • Goods you've ordered accidently.
  • Goods you've damaged by improper use or mishandling.

Resolution options for defective or damaged goods:

  1. Replacement - we will replace goods like for like, subject to availability.
  2. Customer credit - if replaceme isn't a viable option we can provide you with customer credit to spend with us.
  3. Refund - Full or partial, we will resolve the issue.

To be applicable for returns:

  • You MUST inform PCH Audio of a problem within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  • Goods must be in the same condition you received them.
  • You must be able to provide a recent invoice or proof of purchase.
  • We must receive damaged/faulty goods back before we can take action on a resolution.

PCH Audio withholds the right to decide what constitutes damage through manufacturing deficiency, and what constitutes damage by user mishandling or mis-operation.

PCH Audio also reserves the right to refuse returns if a customer's reasoning for dissatisfaction is deemed not fairly justified.
